How to make simple bakwan corn that is tasty and practical



Material:

How to make:

Mash corn that has been shredded, corn does not need to be crushed too smoothly, let a few grains remain intact. 

Smooth the spices namely onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, and sugar. Put the mashed spices in a container where corn is crushed. 

Mix with spoon until evenly put in the chopped leaves and finely chopped chicken eggs into the corn mixture, mix. 

Put the flour in small increments as the mixture continues to stir until the flour and mixture are fully mixed. In different containers, shake off the eggs. 

Put the eggs which has been shaken into a mixture, mix. Prepare a frying pan over medium heat and pour the oil. 

Take the dough using a tablespoon, then put it in a frying pan. Fry until golden brown. Fry until the mixture runs out.

Bakwan corn is ready to be made as a side dish or snack.
