How To Make Timphan Balonn



Materials
 a) Material for leather
1. 1/2 kg of wheat flour
2 300 ml water
3. 100 ml of pandan leaves
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt

b) Material for making coconut
1. 1 Coconut
2. 1 cup of sugar

Steps
1. Stir flour salt and water a long with pandan leaves until evenly distributed
2. Take a pan and apply on the pan and heat a while so the dough is hot stickly
3. Poor the dough into skillet, make a dough egg-shaped dough wait 1 minute
4. Lift & let the skin dough cool
5. Beat eggs & sugar until fluffy,  then put coconut milk evenly,  then cook until thick
6. Then take timphan skin then fill with coconut then wrap and roll
7. Completed and enjoy it
